In Settings, under Goal. You set it in steps of 100 ml between 1 and 5 litres. As long as you keep the suggestion, it moves along, for example when a child has a birthday and moves into the next age group. Past days keep the goal that applied to them. How the suggestion is calculated

Water, tea, juice, milk, cocoa and “other”. All of them count fully towards your goal, because the EFSA reference values include all drinks. Only water and tea go to Apple Health, both as “Water”.

Under Your day you set when you get up and go to bed, under Reminders the interval (45 minutes to 3 hours). Sipumo reminds you that long after your last glass, only while you are awake, and stays quiet once you have reached your goal. You can log one of your three quick amounts straight from the notification. If no reminders arrive, allow notifications for Sipumo in the iPhone settings.

The watch app comes with the iPhone app. If it is not on your watch automatically, install it in the Watch app on your iPhone under Available Apps. After that, iPhone and watch stay in sync on their own, with no sign-in. What you log on the watch reaches your iPhone the next time they connect. Add the complication when you edit your watch face.

Open the tab with the trophy and tap New Group. Give the group a name and invite people with Invite, for example by message. Everyone needs an iPhone with Sipumo and must be signed in to iCloud. The name and picture others see are set in Settings under Profile.

Open the link from the invitation on your iPhone. Sipumo opens and adds you to the group. You can be in several groups at once.

Open the group and tap Leave Group. Your card and your daily totals are removed from the group. Whoever started a group sees Dissolve Group instead: that ends the group for everyone and deletes its data.

For every day you reach your goal with drinks you logged on that day, a creature joins your tank. Drinks you add later count for your history, but not for the aquarium. Every 7th day of a streak also brings a rare creature, every 30th an epic one and every 100th a legendary one. If several apply, you get the rarest. A broken streak never takes a creature away.

In Settings, with Export Data. Sipumo creates a CSV file with the date, time, amount, drink and drinking day of every entry and opens the share sheet. You decide where the file goes.

To delete a single entry, swipe it to the left in the list. Deleting the app removes all entries and settings from your iPhone; delete the watch app on the watch. Leave your duel groups first, otherwise your daily totals stay there until the group is dissolved. Delete what Sipumo wrote to Apple Health in the Health app. More about this

In Settings, switch on writing to Apple Health and allow access. From then on Sipumo writes water and tea to Health as “Water”. If you change or delete an entry, Sipumo updates it there. Sipumo reads no data from Health. You can revoke access in the Health app at any time.
